Being ethical. I trust that I generally seek after integrity, but like everyone else, i have had problems. It is a decision I need to make for my own self. As a human service professional this is something we always need to be aware of. We need to watch the words we say, so we do not offend anyone. We need to watch how we carry ourselves so we do not appear bored of the client of restless as if we want to rush them.

We need to be always aware of how we act and react to every situation that we face on a every client bases. We always need to remember rather we agree with the clients choices they are in front of us to become better. A person who is a good leader may have many different qualities.

A good leader is someone who leads by example, not force. Set a good example for those following you. Instead of forcing them to do things the way you think it should be done, show them that you are doing the right thing and that they are capable of making moral decisions too.

Leaders should always be present and provide emotional, physical and mental support to those that seek to follow. He or she should keep their own work done on-time, and should also oversee their peers work as well. This person needs to be able to work well in a group environment; he or she additionally needs to be articulate in speech and body language.

Nurses that appropriately use the chain of command not only protect them but also protect the patient and the hospital. This also ensures that nurses exercise all the actions in pro of patients. The reason for flexibility is that the most important element to take into account, is always to obtain a quick response or required authorization in the case of emergencies. In the case of failure in the chain of command, there must be always a second option because as we said, the most important factor is to preserve the life of patients.

A vertical chain of command has more steps and levels to its hierarchy than a flat chain of command. Each manager is typically only responsible for managing a few associates, so their level of control is more narrow and usually confined to their department.

With a vertical chain of command, you may notice that the company's rules, processes and procedures are more fixed, and they come from the top leaders of the organization who then give other managers the responsibility of disseminating information.
